FIELD SUPERINTENDENT

In addition to our fit-up specialization, we deliver comprehensive exterior services such as building façade renovations, roof repair and replacement, parking lot restoration including mill and pave operations, general site improvements, and landscaping.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking to welcome a qualified Field Superintendent to our team—a key role within our organization. This individual will oversee the daily onsite management of subcontractors and ensure the timely completion of all required reports. Success in this role requires a personable and professional demeanor, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to upholding company policies and procedures. Attention to detail and a goal-oriented mindset are essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Scheduling subcontractors
· Maintaining proper sequence of construction
· Maintaining 3-week look ahead
· Maintaining quality control and jobsite standards
· Maintaining proper safety procedures and conducting toolbox safety talks
· Conducting weekly foreman’s meetings
· Completion of daily/weekly reports, with progress photos as needed
· Acting in concert with the project manager as a team to deliver a successful project
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Successful candidates should have a minimum of three (3) years’ Field Superintendent experience
· Strong interpersonal communication and collaborative skills
· Basic skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Self-starter who demonstrates a positive attitude and integrity in all business relationships
· Effective problem-solving skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
COMPENSATION
· Compensation is in the $70,000 to $110,000 range and is commensurate with experience
