ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Enter data from digital documents into ICM Index program

JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

Strong keyboarding skills (typing and 10-key)
Meet or exceed task productivity rates
Strong attention to detail
Communicate exceptions and assist in problem solving
Complete assignments per production schedule
US Citizenship (due to sensitive documentation)
Basic PC Knowledge

DESIRED

Prior experience in data entry
Scanning / Imaging experience
Ability to quickly adapt to change
Strong problem solving and initiative

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

High School degree or equivalent

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.

The above responsibilities are not arranged in order of priority. These duties are not meant to restrict initiative, but rather to describe minimum activities. Responsibilities may be altered by management to suit the changing needs of the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15 per hour with $.50 increase after 90 Days

All shifts available: 7am-3pm, 3 pm-11pm, 11pm-7am
