As we continue to scale our global marketing efforts, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Consultant who can objectively evaluate our current marketing ecosystem, identify growth opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize business performance.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Marketing Consultant with a proven track record in scaling global e-commerce brands. This is a strategic consulting role focused on auditing, evaluating, and optimizing our complete marketing function.
The consultant will work closely with senior leadership and our internal marketing teams to assess current performance, identify inefficiencies, uncover growth opportunities, and recommend best-in-class marketing strategies. This role is advisory rather than execution-focused.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Evaluation

Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of RDX Sports' marketing operations.

Brand & Content Strategy

Evaluate brand positioning and messaging consistency.

Assess content strategy across all digital channels.

Review campaign planning and creative effectiveness.

Recommend improvements to storytelling, customer engagement, and brand differentiation.
Reporting & Executive Advisory

Present audit findings to senior leadership.

Deliver detailed reports with actionable recommendations.

Define measurable KPIs and success metrics.

Support leadership in prioritizing strategic marketing initiatives.

Provide ongoing advisory support during implementation where required.
Required Experience

10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Strategy.

Significant experience consulting for global D2C or e-commerce brands.
-
Strong understanding of international marketing across North America, Europe, Middle East, and other global markets.

Proven success in improving marketing performance and business growth.

Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams.

Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
