Join Inspire Learn Grow ABA — A Growing, Locally Owned, BCBA-Led ABA Clinic!
About Inspire Learn Grow ABA:
At ILG ABA, we believe great care starts with empowered clinicians. We are a locally and BCBA-owned clinic built on a simple but powerful idea: ABA therapy should be client-focused, clinician-driven, and grounded in the science! Not shaped by corporate metrics or private equity timelines.
ILG ABA was founded to return to the heart of what applied behavior analysis was always meant to be. Before the industry was reshaped by outside ownership, BCBAs had the autonomy to do their best clinical work. We've rebuilt that environment. Here, our BCBAs and RBTs are not a burden or overhead, they are the mission! We invest in our staff because we know that when clinicians thrive, clients thrive too.
If you're a BCBA who is passionate about the science, tired of being stretched too thin, and ready to work somewhere that actually values your expertise and time, ILG ABA might be the home you've been looking for.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support in-home and in-school clients across the Clarksville area. In this role, you will carry a caseload of individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities, providing high-quality, individualized ABA services from assessment through ongoing treatment.
You'll work closely with families, caregivers, school teams, and our RBT staff to design and implement meaningful behavior programs. All while being supported by a leadership team that understands the clinical work because they do it too.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills-based assessments, to identify individualized treatment targets.
- Develop, write, and regularly update individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) grounded in evidence-based ABA practices.
- Provide direct clinical supervision and hands-on training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring quality of service delivery and compliance with BACB supervision requirements.
- Monitor client progress through systematic data collection and apply data-driven decision-making to adjust treatment as needed.
- Conduct ongoing caregiver training and collaboration to promote skill generalization across home, school, and community settings.
- Communicate regularly with school teams and other service providers to ensure coordinated, wraparound support for each client.
- Ensure all clinical services remain in compliance with BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and ILG ABA organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Stay current with emerging research, attend professional development opportunities, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a closely related field.
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Experience conducting FBAs and developing behavior intervention plans.
- Strong clinical judgment with a commitment to ethical, compassionate care.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with ABA data collection software and electronic health records.
- Experience working in home- and school-based settings preferred.
- Tennessee licensure (LBA) required or ability to obtain prior to start date.

We offer a compensation package built to reflect the value of experienced, dedicated clinicians:
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience
- Performance-based incentives and weekly bonuses
