Full Job Description

Role Overview
In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. You’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting high-volume hiring operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones
Manage complex calendars including panel and executive interviews
Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
Arrange candidate travel and handle expense reimbursements
Prepare interview materials, agendas, and candidate profiles
Maintain and update candidate records in ATS systems
Track scheduling metrics and improve coordination workflows
Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and company policies

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma + 8 years of experience OR Bachelor’s Degree + 4 years
Strong experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative support
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Talent Acquisition coordination or Recruiting support
Familiarity with ATS systems such as Workday
Experience handling high-volume interview scheduling

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
