Full Job Description

Infopro Digital Services Limited is seeking a Senior Sales Executive for its Chartis division, which focused on risk technology in the financial services and energy sectors. This position is essential for driving sales success, strategy and revenue initiatives within a dynamic and competitive market.

Chartis is a dedicated brand within Infopro Digital that specializes in providing critical research insights, advisory and data solutions to financial services professionals around risk management solutions and technology. With our team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional value to our clients, ensuring they stay ahead of industry trends and challenges.

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive growth and customer engagement. You will work closely with both the operational and executive teams to align on overarching business objectives while crafting a sales strategy that resonates with our target audience and deploying a consultative sales approach.

This is a high-impact role that requires sales leadership skills, a profound understanding of the market landscape, and a deep commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales strategy and delivery on sales targets that aligns with company goals and targets
Coach and mentor junior sales team members to achieve maximum performance
Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to expand market reach
Maintain deep industry knowledge, evidence/build a network of contacts, and monitor market trends to effectively position Chartis’s offerings
Foster strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders, ensuring highest levels of client satisfaction
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional initiatives
Leverage company tools to capture sales activity accurately and completely

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and sales leadership roles, preferably in the B2B financial solutions, financial technology or risk management industry
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, complex sales cycles, and consultative sales approaches
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on development and performance
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a capacity to influence stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Experience working within a collaborative, matrixed organization
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach in enhancing sales processes and client relationships
