Full Job Description

Innovative Circuits Engineering, Inc specializes in a range of Engineering services, including New Product Introduction associated with Reliability Engineering, PCB Design/Assembly, Failure Analysis and ESD.

We are looking for entry level electrical engineering , and Electronics Technology graduates to join our team in supporting various departments. Successful applicants will work alongside other experienced personnel and will be involved in all facets of operations in the Reliability and Production department. We are seeking for a candidates who are detail oriented, self-starters able to take responsibility for assigned projects, willing to work in an exciting fast paced environment, able to follow company processes and procedures, has good communications both verbal and written, and competent computer skills with MS Office, C Language, Python.

Typical job duties will involve working directly with internal production departments including communication with customers and their product requirements, Providing constant feedback to Customers and other employees on projects. Keep track of customer requests and progress.

Job knowledge will focus on semiconductor processes, reliability test plans, device packaging, and Quality Assurance.

Minimum educational requirement is an BSEE, or equivalent, Graduate one year experience is preferred.

Salary negotiable. Benefits, upon satisfactory completion of the 90-day introductory period, include medical, dental and disability insurance, attractive 401k match and customary benefits like vacation, sick pay and paid holidays.
