Intersections Inc. (now rebranded as Aura) is a leading provider of comprehensive digital threat protection, identity risk management, and privacy protection services for consumers. We leverage adaptive technologies and innovative software solutions—including our flagship brands Identity Guard® and Intrusta—to create a digital halo of protection so consumers can enjoy the benefits of technology without fear.

We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and process-driven Director of Operations to lead our business and service operations infrastructure. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day fulfillment of our subscription-based digital safety products, cross-functional project execution, technology integration, and customer operations scaling. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience driving operational excellence within technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity environments, transforming complex technical ecosystems into seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Direct and streamline daily business operations, billing fulfillment systems, and customer-facing support platforms to ensure 100% operational reliability and service delivery.
Strategic Scaling: Design, optimize, and execute scalable workflows to handle enterprise growth, new subscriber onboarding, and automated digital threat alerts.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Security (SOC), and Marketing teams to launch new adaptive security features and ensure operational readiness.
Vendor & Partner Management: Supervise relationships and integrations with third-party data bureaus, credit monitoring vendors, and software partners to optimize performance and unit economics.
Metrics & Analytics: Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to executive leadership, utilizing data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements.
Compliance & Continuity: Ensure all operational workflows comply with strict cybersecurity standards, privacy laws, and federal regulations regarding sensitive identity data.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive operations management experience, with at least 3 years in a Director-level or equivalent senior leadership role within a SaaS, tech, or cybersecurity organization.
Industry Knowledge: Proven familiarity with subscription-based business models, digital consumer protection, or identity/credit management systems is highly preferred.
Technical Acumen: Strong proficiency in managing complex operations platforms, CRM software, advanced data analytics tools, and automated workflow solutions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) is a major plus.
Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, powerful communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-growth, venture-backed enterprise environment.
