Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to drive the growth and success of our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce management, and marketplace optimization. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for managing product listings, enhancing visibility through SEO strategies, and leveraging various digital marketing tools to maximize sales performance across multiple online marketplaces. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our digital presence and expand our reach in the competitive e-commerce landscape.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central accounts.
Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ Content, and Brand Store pages.
Monitor listing health, suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and account performance metrics.
Coordinate new product launches from listing creation through inventory readiness.
Monitor pricing, Buy Box performance, and competitive positioning.
Analyze sales, traffic, conversion rates, and advertising performance to identify growth opportunities.
Assist with Amazon PPC campaigns including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
Research keywords and optimize listings for improved organic search visibility.
Coordinate inventory forecasting with internal teams to maintain healthy stock levels while minimizing stockouts.
Investigate and resolve catalog issues, listing errors, variation problems, and Amazon cases.
Monitor customer reviews and Voice of Customer metrics while identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Stay current on Amazon policy changes, marketplace trends, and best practices.

Qualifications

Required
2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central.

Preferred

Experience with Amazon PPC advertising.
Experience with Brand Registry, A+ Content, and Amazon Storefronts.
Familiarity with inventory forecasting and demand planning.
Experience using Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, or similar marketplace tools.
Experience with Walmart Marketplace, eBay, or other eCommerce channels is a plus.
Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
Strong understanding of Amazon listing optimization and SEO.
Experience using Excel for data analysis (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
