Jeron is a stable company with a long history that offers a challenging, fast-paced environment with people who have a passion for what they do. Our team designs and manufactures Jeron's innovative products on-site at our facility in Niles, Illinois.

Job Description

· The Jeron Regional Manager (RM) position both manages the distributor channel and drives nurse call solutions sales in an assigned region of the United States.

· This position is responsible for identifying projects and managing all aspects of the sales and support process to drive solutions sales by interacting with end-user customers (hospitals), existing Jeron channel partners, and new channel partners.

· The RM also establishes on-going relationships with architects, engineers, and contractors within their assigned region.

· The RM develops a strategy to grow their territory and works with company team members to support the execution of the territory plan.

· As part of managing the sales process, the RM creates and maintains a sales pipeline and regularly reports the region's progress to senior management.

· Other duties as assigned.

Compensation – Determined on Experience and includes Base Salary, Monthly Commissions, and Annual Bonus potential.

Assigned Region – You will have an assigned territory.

Candidates are preferred to be based near an airport as this position requires extensive travel throughout the assigned territory (at least 75%).

Qualifications

· Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of capital equipment, clinical solutions, or clinical software sales to the acute care market.

· Account management experience in the acute care market, preferably focused on clinical decision makers.

· Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline.

· Recent experience in life safety communication solutions a plus.

· Extensive experience selling to hospitals.

· Channel sales experience.

· Excellent presentation skills.

· Strong oral and written communication skills.

· Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications.

· Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
