Full Job Description

JMA Outreach Solutions is an industry leader in providing customized borrower outreach solutions ranging from in-person letter deliveries to call center services, mobile notary services, loss mitigation solutions, and more.

We are looking for a dedicated individual with strong interpersonal skills to be a part of our call center team in Sterling Heights, MI.

A Call Center Representative is an integral part of our team. A Call Center Representative may make and receive telephone calls to consumers for purposes of scheduling appointments for document collection, answering questions, or conveying a message on behalf of a creditor or mortgage servicer.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma required
Ability to understand as well as grasp basic customer information
Effective communications skills (oral and written)
All positions within our company require the successful completion of a drug test and background check prior to hire.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
