Job Summary
The Interconnection Project Manager leads interconnection efforts for large-load customers, renewable developers, and EV infrastructure projects while playing an active role in growing the firm’s business. This is a seller–doer role within a small, fast-moving consulting environment, combining hands-on project execution with business development, account leadership, and strategic growth initiatives.
In addition to managing the full interconnection lifecycle—from early feasibility and study support through commercial negotiation, engineering coordination, and execution—this role helps shape client relationships, bring in new opportunities, support hiring and team growth, and contribute to the firm’s market presence and partnerships.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a startup-style environment, and wants to influence both project outcomes and the direction of the business.
This can be a fully remote or hybrid role (San Diego office, no relocation package).
