Full Job Description
We are family-owned and operated for over 23 years. We have established an “A Rated” reputation in our industry providing outstanding specialty chemical/ sanitation products, and customer service care programs.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated continuous learner, proficient in the English language, an effective communicator with optimal organizational skills, and unsurpassed customer service skills. This individual is willing to learn all aspects of our company. Which include: our product line, dispensing equipment operation, servicing of chemical dispensing/ proportioning equipment, logistical handling/ procurement, with additional opportunity to up-selling products to our extensive line of clients. A normal day consists of exceptional account management, specified route procurements, responding to customer inquiries and requests, and assisting in the inventory management of customer usage. Inter- company tasks of warehousing operations, some blending, and inventory management. While primary duties involve driving a company van to customer locations, as well as equipment calibration/ maintenance, and product delivery into client facilities.
Requirements
- Clean driving record with recent DMV report and ability to drive van.
- Must be physically capable of handling containers.
- Enjoys communicating with various personalities and is motivated for customer service.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Ability to keep customer relationships and account management in order.

Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Tech savvy (smartphone, desktop)
- Previous experience in customer service, retail/ hospitality industry is a plus, but not required.
- Bi- lingual a plus.
- Able to lift 50 pounds, bend, push, stoop, kneel, and ability to learn accordingly.
