Responsibilities
- Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business.
- Service existing clients.
- Effectively demonstrate the product line.
- Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas.
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage relationships using a customer-centric
approach and CRM tools to enhance engagement and satisfaction.
- Participate in sales meetings, company events, and customer activities,
contributing insights and best practices to foster team growth.
- Coordinate on-site product demonstrations with vendor representatives to
effectively showcase our solutions.
- Share marketing content to keep customers informed about our latest solutions.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and support the collections process as
needed.
Qualifications
- Proven success in outside sales; 3-5 years of prior foodservice sales experience is required.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, or the Restaurant Industry is strongly preferred; a solid understanding of restaurant operations is highly valued.
- Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Highly organized, with attention to detail, and effective at prioritizing tasks to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Self-driven with strong initiative and goal orientation.
- Comfortable using digital tools and technology to support sales activities.
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
- A strong desire to create financial success for yourself and the company.
