Full Job Description

A Buffalo law firm is adding an Legal Receptionist to their growing staff.

No legal experience required! Just strong administrative skills, professionalism, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

This role provides front-desk, administrative, and office support services while maintaining a professional, client-focused environment. Serves as a key point of contact for attorneys, staff, clients, and visitors, with strict adherence to confidentiality.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, attorneys, and staff; manage phone, email, and in-person communications.
Provide administrative and clerical support, including filing, scanning, mail handling, and document production.
Coordinate office logistics, facility needs, meetings, events, and video conferencing support.
Manage records and client files, including opening, closing, and internal transfers.
Maintain a professional, organized reception area and common office spaces.
2+ years of experience in a professional office environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, document management systems, and video conferencing tools.
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
Professional, reliable, and punctual demeanor.
