What You’ll Do
- Empower clients through exceptional and evidence-based therapy and assessment services (individual, couples, family, group, and perinatal).
- Deliver services in-office or via telehealth, with flexibility to meet client needs.
- Work about 15 clinical hours weekly, with paid time for documentation and team meetings.
- Innovate and collaborate with a small team, sharing insights and strategies to continually enhance our services and outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed in Idaho: Hold a valid license as a Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), or Master’s-level therapist (LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LCSW).
- Experience & Expertise: Strong clinical skills, ethical practice, and commitment to professional growth. Experience with couples and perinatal mental health preferred.
- Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centered care of diverse populations and presenting concerns.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment
- Technology Knowledge: Familiarity and ability to use Google Suite and SimplePractice (EHR systems) is preferred, but not required.
- Background check required prior to hire.
