Full Job Description

We are currently hiring for a Remote P&C Licensed Insurance Sales Representative (Direct Hire).

Important: This is a captive role for Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance only — Not for Health or Life insurance.

Pay Rate:

$20/hour – English Speakers
$21/hour – Bilingual Spanish Speakers
Up to $2/hour additional performance bonus.
No Additional Commissions

Start Date: July 27th

Training & Schedule:

7 Weeks Paid Training
Monday– Friday| 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM EST (may change)
Shift will be assigned between 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday)
Occasional Saturday work may be required
Sunday is off
You must be flexible with working hours

What You’ll Do:

Handle inbound calls from customers
Understand customer needs and provide insurance quotes
Sell P&C insurance policies
Provide excellent customer service and identify upsell opportunities

Requirements:

Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Resident License required.
No Adjuster License will Accepted.
1+ year sales experience (Retail, Call Center, Hospitality, etc.)
Strong communication and sales skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Work From Home Requirements:

Internet speed: Minimum 30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
No hotspot, satellite, or VPN connection allowed.
Quiet workspace required.

Prohibited ISP's: T-Mobile, Starlink, HughesNet, EarthLink, Starry, Kinetic by Windstream, Visible by Verizon, Optimum, Verizon LTE.
