What You Will Do
Project Change Management & Communications Partner supports the successful execution of Strategy 2030 by delivering practical, well-aligned change and communication activities across multiple transformation initiatives.
This role has a dotted-line alignment into Internal Communications for all project communication activity, ensuring messaging, content, timing, and channel execution remain consistent with enterprise communications governance and the overall Strategy 2030 narrative. Working in close partnership with the Head of Internal Communications and the internal communications team, this role supports the development and alignment of project communication content, while Internal Communications retains ownership of enterprise messaging, channel strategy, and communications governance. The role brings deep project and change context into the communications process to ensure messaging is accurate, relevant, and actionable. In parallel, the role collaborates with Organizational Change Management (OCM) colleagues, project leads, P&C Business Partners, and the Learning & Development (L&D) Lead to ensure change, communications, and adoption approaches are coordinated, pragmatic, and aligned to global change frameworks.
Project Communications (in partnership with Internal Communications) - Support project-level communication needs by developing and aligning content for transformation initiatives. Operate with a dotted-line alignment to Internal Communications for all project communication activity. Partner with the Head of Internal Communications and internal comms team to ensure project content is integrated into enterprise communications plans and channels. Create and refine communication materials (e.g., leadership messaging, presentations, FAQs, intranet content) based on project and change context. Ensure all content aligns with enterprise messaging, tone, and the Strategy 2030 narrative, with final messaging and channel strategy owned by Internal Communications. Coordinate closely with Internal Communications on timing, sequencing, and delivery to avoid duplication, overlap, and employee fatigue. Bring strong understanding of project objectives, impacts, and change needs to inform and strengthen communications
Change Management & Adoption (in partnership with OCM and L&D) - Partner with OCM colleagues to align project-level change activities with global change management frameworks and standards. Support the development and execution of integrated, practical change and adoption plans across multiple initiatives. Collaborate with the Learning & Development Lead to align change plans with training, learning, and enablement strategies. Contribute to change impact assessments, readiness activities, adoption tracking. Help ensure adoption approaches are actionable, well-timed, aligned to business needs/capacity
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Integration - Work across OCMs, project leads, P&C Business Partners, Internal Communications, L&D to ensure alignment, shared visibility. Act as connector between project teams & Internal Communications, ensuring messaging reflects accurate project, change context. Identify overlaps, interdependencies, cumulative impacts to support coordinated planning and reduce change fatigue. Help enable a cohesive employee experience across multiple transformation efforts
Execution & Continuous Improvement - Deliver high-quality, timely communication, change outputs. Gather feedback to continuously improve messaging effectiveness and adoption outcomes. Track engagement and adoption indicators to inform improvements. Ensure change and communication activities are practical, aligned, and effectively executed
Qualifications
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, HR, Psychology or related field OR equivalent experience
5+ years of professional experience in change management, internal communications, or organizational transformation
Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
Ability to translate complex strategy into clear, compelling messaging
Expertise in stakeholder engagement, impact assessments and change planning
Skilled in developing and executing communication strategies and plans
Strong influence skills without direct authority
MUST be 21 years of age or older
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives (digital, cultural, operational)
Experience working in matrixed or global organizations
Background partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Prosci Change Management Certification (highly preferred)
CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) (nice to have)
PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications (nice to have)
Work Environment and Physical Demand
Requires light physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves light objects (under 10 lbs.).
Walks, sits, or stands for prolonged periods.
Requires prolonged machine operation including computer and keyboard equipment as well as use of manual dexterity and fine motor skills.

Annual Base Salary Range: $103761.00 - $138347.00
Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus or incentive compensation.
