Harbor Mental Health is looking to recruit a fully licensed therapist or PMHNP to utilize our Everett office space as an independent 1099 contractor. The provider will have flexibility in scheduling and may provide in-person, telehealth, or hybrid services depending on their preference and patient demand.
Compensation is based on completed services. Providers are paid only for completed appointments. If a patient cancels or does not attend, payment will only be made if a cancellation or no-show fee is successfully collected. Harbor Mental Health will provide administrative support, referral opportunities, and office space. We are seeking motivated clinicians who are interested in building and maintaining their own caseload while working in a flexible, provider-friendly environment.
Ideal candidates include independently licensed LMHCs, LICSWs, LMFTs, play therapists, adolescent therapists, and PMHNP-BCs licensed in Washington State. We are not seeking associates, interns, or clinicians requiring supervision.
