Full Job Description

2nd and 4th Sunday, 1st shift ( 9am-12pm) and As Needed for Team Coverage

As the Activity/Life Enrichment Assistant you will assist implement a variety of educational and recreational programs with the intent of fostering independence of the residents regarding their physical, mental, social and emotional needs.

Experience and/or education in programming, organizing and working with older adults.
Clear communication skills both verbal and written, as well as tact and courtesy when working.
Ability to keep accurate and clear records according to Luther Manor
Use a team approach with all staff and departments.
Must function independently; have flexibility, and the ability to work effectively with all staff, residents and families.
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends in accordance with resident needs and desires.
Ability to prioritize and be organized.
