Position Overview
As our Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across multiple brands and social media platforms. While this is a remote position, you'll collaborate with teams across several locations to collect content, develop marketing campaigns, and maintain a consistent and engaging online presence.
This role requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, creative, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow 12+ social media accounts across multiple brands.
- Develop monthly content calendars and social media strategies.
- Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with remote teams to collect content and ensure consistent brand representation across all locations.
- Edit videos, reels, and short-form content optimized for each platform.
- Design graphics, promotional materials, and social media assets.
- Write compelling captions and calls-to-action that increase engagement.
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics to identify trends and improve content strategy.
- Stay current on platform updates, trending audio, and emerging social media best practices.
- Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Assist with influencer collaborations, community partnerships, and special events.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages when appropriate.
- Support podcast production, content planning, and promotional marketing (experience preferred).
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional social media management experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, reels, graphics, and campaigns.
- Experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent photography, videography, and video editing skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Experience interpreting analytics and using data to improve engagement and reach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Podcast production or editing experience is a plus.
