Full Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN) – Withdrawal Management (Part-Time to Full-Time, All Shifts)

MCCA is looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Withdrawal Management Program! We offer flexible scheduling (part-time to full-time across all shifts) every other weekend, and rotating holidays, along with competitive pay and great benefits.

In this role, you’ll provide hands-on medical care to clients, including monitoring health status, administering medications, and supporting individuals through the withdrawal process. You’ll work alongside a supportive, multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, client-centered care—24/7.

Key Responsibilities

· Administer medications safely and monitor client progress

· Respond to daily health needs and support crisis situations

· Track vital signs, lab results, and overall health

· Maintain accurate, compliant medical records

· Collaborate with the care team to support treatment plans

· Ensure confidentiality and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

Active Connecticut RN license

Successful background checks
