*Job Summary*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying and possess proficiency in various surveying software and technologies. This role involves conducting surveys, collecting data, and preparing detailed reports to support construction and development projects. The Land Surveyor will work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate measurements and compliance with regulations.
*Responsibilities*
- Conduct land surveys using advanced surveying equipment such as GPS and total stations.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to land features, boundaries, and topography.
- Prepare detailed schematics and maps using software tools including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS.
- Collaborate with project teams to provide accurate survey information for construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in all surveying activities.
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and findings for future reference.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members regarding project progress.
*Qualifications*
- Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in land surveying with a strong understanding of surveying principles.
- Proficiency in Carlson software, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and other relevant CAD applications.
- Familiarity with GPS technology for data collection and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate data interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
