What You’ll Do
- Work with cutting-edge technologies including video conferencing systems, high-performance computing, fiber-optic communications, and immersive visualization tools
- Solve real-world problems by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients
- Collaborate onsite daily with client teams to maintain and optimize mission-critical systems
- Test and evaluate new technologies, helping shape how emerging tools are implemented
- Own your growth through hands-on training, certifications, and continuous learning opportunities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through responsive service, communication, and technical expertise
- Track and manage issues using ticketing systems to ensure timely and effective resolution
