Come Work For One of The Fastest Growing Medical Weight Loss Clinic In The US

MedShape Weight Loss Clinic is a premier medically supervised weight loss clinic with locations in Arizona and Minnesota. We are looking for a bright, motivated professional to take on an exciting and very rewarding career as a Front Office Receptionist. The position performs a variety of clerical, reception, and administrative or secretarial tasks (answers and screens phone calls, takes messages, schedules appointments, pulls medical charts, checks in patients, maintains and updates patient demographic data.)

To qualify for this position you MUST be highly energetic, motivated, self-starter with a desire and passion to help people change their lives. In most cases, you will be the first point of contact from our organization and we want every contact with our patients to be a positive one.

The perfect person for this position must have:

Have flexibility
Able to multi task
Experience in the service industry (Massage, Fitness, beauty, weight loss, medical assistant) but not necessary
Possess a professional appearance

This position will require many duties performed which include:

Answering phones
Greeting patients
Helping with weigh in appointments
Assist with counseling patients in their weight loss goals
Providing information to prospective patients
Checking patients in
Scheduling patients for future weigh in appointments
Help counseling staff with leads and booking future consultations
Closing out financial books in the evening
Restock merchandise and inventory control
Assist where needed

You should have experience in the customer service field, though not required.
