About Our Medspa

Our practice started as a physician-based operation in aesthetics and wellness and we are expanding. Our next full service location is a luxury facility where we offer cutting-edge treatments and holistic wellness including weight loss, IV Therapy, and Hormone Replacement Therapy.

The Role Opportunity

Reports to: Medical Director

Role Type: Full-Time

Location: Prime West Hollywood

We need an established organized leader skilled in sales and operations who can run a high-profile location. Reporting to the Medical Director and the Corporate Board, you’ll manage and build on the team, implement and oversee the operational protocols, and keep every aspect (clinical and front-of-house) running flawlessly.

Your Purpose

Operations & Service Experience

Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless, elevated patient experience
Build SOPs, compliance, immaculate presentation, and scheduling staff.
Support treatment sales/packages, pricing, and process with board
Ability to interchange between a personable in-person role and corporate environment

Staff Development

Hire, train, and lead a high-performing clinical and concierge staff
Oversee performance reviews, scheduling, payroll reporting and ongoing training
Enforce company policies, SOPs, and ensure alignment with our mission and brand standards
Execution of opening and closing procedures and review of staff performance

Finance, Retail & Sales

Contribute to sales strategy, budgeting, and revenue growth goals
Be familiar with top and bottom-line profits
Manage retail operations including inventory, merchandising, and vendors
Track KPIs and train staff in product knowledge and patient conversion

Facility & Inventory

Maintain a pristine and compliant environment across all facility spaces
Steward all energy devices and equipment care and facility maintenance, coordinating repairs as needed
Set up and interface with vendors, track product inventory, place supply orders, and conduct regular product counts

Marketing & Sales

Align with our corporate events, campaigns and promotions
Lead in-practice execution of content, events, and social initiatives
Network and create community partnerships, business partnerships, and patient engagement

Needed Experience

5+ years of experience managing a medspa, medical practice, plastic surgery, dermatology, or health/wellness space – established and launch experience a plus
Proven track record in sales management and revenue growth
Experience with patient scheduling systems, CRM a plus
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to rally and inspire staff while maintaining high operational standards
Must have the ability to lift up to 15 pounds
Comfortable with an on-site role and accountable for the management and success of a physical location.
Demonstrates strong ownership, initiative, and a solutions-oriented mindset, working collaboratively with the corporate and in-person teams to overcome challenges and drive results.

Base Salary: $79,000/year
Total Potential Compensation with Performance-Based Bonuses: $140,000+/year
Vacation: 2 weeks annually, increasing to 3 weeks after third year of employment
