Position Overview

This is a unique opportunity for an Independent Doctor of Optometry to lease professional space within a high-volume, established primary care practice in Mason City, IA. This opportunity is based in Mason City, Iowa, the regional hub of North Central Iowa. As an independent leaser, you will have the freedom to practice to the fullest extent of your licensure. What You'll Be Working On

Providing full-scope optometric services as an independent practitioner.
Managing an established, large-scale patient base with immediate, consistent volume.
Practicing to the full extent of your state licensure in a primary care setting.
Utilizing state-of-the-art diagnostic technology and full equipment support.
Leveraging provided ancillary business support, including billing and patient prescreening.
Focusing your time and energy on delivering excellent, personalized patient care.

Qualifications

Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school.
Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Optometrist in Iowa.
An entrepreneurial spirit with a desire for professional independence.
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient outcomes.
Ability to work effectively alongside a well-respected group practice.
