Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Part-Time Office Assistant / Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office operations while actively contributing to marketing initiatives that promote our brand and services. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently. This position is perfect for someone looking to gain versatile experience in office management and marketing within a collaborative environment. All work is compensated, and this role provides valuable exposure to administrative and promotional activities.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer support
Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and maintaining organized records
Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing and expense tracking
Assist with office management tasks like calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
Contribute to marketing efforts by updating social media platforms, creating basic promotional materials, and supporting email campaigns
Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the workspace remains tidy and efficient
Provide administrative support for special projects, including research, data collection, and report preparation

Experience

Prior office experience or administrative support roles preferred; strong clerical skills are essential
Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks is highly desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
Strong computer literacy with a focus on data entry, proofreading, and document management
Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client interactions
Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles will be beneficial for providing outstanding support and phone etiquette
