Full Job Description

***NOTE: Positions are open for both 1st shift M-Th, 6:30-3:30, F 6:30-12:30 and 2nd Shift, M-Th 1pm-11:30pm

We are hiring an experienced CNC Machinist for tight tolerance aerospace work in Rancho Cucamonga . The work we do is difficult and imporant, on everything from major space programs to advanced weapons systems, to cutting edge energy technology. With over 150 CNC machines, there is a lot to learn here, so if you are a machinist looking to grow while challenging yourself, this is the place to do it.

One of the biggest points for us is culture fit. We work hard, but have a great work environment, and we are looking for a team player- people are more productive if they love coming to work, so we want to make sure whoever we hire has the same mindset.

Position requirements:

Fast learner
Consistent attention to detail

Strong math and spatial relations skills
Ability to follow complex direction
Dependable

Technical Skills Required:

Machining strategy understanding
Use of inspection equipment (mikes, calipers, etc)
Aerospace AS9100 production experience preferred
Lathe experience with tight tolerance components, DMG Mori and/or Haas preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour
