Are you passionate about providing exceptional care to newborns and their families? We’re looking for a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to become a vital part of our collaborative and compassionate NICU team at Tacoma General Hospital, a leading facility in the Pacific Northwest.

High-Acuity Experience: Work in a Level III/IV NICU with approximately 4,000 deliveries annually, offering a dynamic and rewarding clinical environment.
Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy 24-hour in-house shifts, allowing for fewer workdays and more time to recharge or explore the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
Diverse Practice Settings: Rotate through our Level II nurseries in Auburn and Puyallup, gaining broad experience across different care levels.
Supportive for New Grads: Just starting your NNP journey? Begin your career with confidence through our 1-year structured orientation program designed specifically for new graduates, including tuition reimbursement.
- Comprehensive onboarding with a dedicated “buddy” NNP mentor

Qualifications:

Current, board certified/eligible NNP specialty certification
Minimum of a master’s degree

Benefits and Compensation:

Pay Range (Base Pay): $150,000 - $195,000 based on years of experience as licensed NNP.

Other Types of Pay: Bonus potential. Ask us about potential tuition reimbursement assistance.

Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis. Regular full-time team members are eligible for the following:
