Murphy Insurance Services (Allstate Elite Agency – 2 Years Running) is hiring a driven, results-oriented Sales Producer to join our high-performing team in Austin.
Compensation
- $45,000 – $175,000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses)
- Top performers earn well into six figures
- Performance-driven compensation with no cap on earnings
Requirements (Read First)
- Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) License – REQUIRED
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Strong Plus
- Sales experience preferred (insurance, retail, or call center)
What You’ll Do
- Quote and close home, auto, and bundled insurance policies
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, winbacks, and COIs
- Cross-sell and round out existing customer accounts
- Educate clients on coverage options and recommend solutions
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline
- Track daily activity, quotes, and production metrics
- Deliver a high-level customer experience while driving results
