Pay: $16.00–$17.00 per hour + bonuses and incentives
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 35 hours per week

No insurance experience? We’ll train you.
Already licensed? You can start helping clients immediately.

What You’ll Do
- Speak with Medicare-eligible individuals about their health insurance options
- Answer inbound calls and follow up with warm leads provided by the company
- Help clients enroll in Medicare Advantage, Medigap, Part D, and ancillary plans
- Provide excellent service before, during, and after enrollment
- Process applications accurately and maintain client records
- Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth enrollment experience
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Friendly, professional customer service approach
- Willingness to learn and be coached
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet navigation)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Health insurance license is a plus, but not required.
