WELDER - We run a diverse weld/fab/machine shop, building unique equipment for various high-tech applications using metals such as carbon, stainless steel, inconel and titanium. We are looking for individuals with welding, fabrication, and layout experience. Experience in MIG & TIG preferred.
Job Requirments:
- Able to work from blueprints, engineering sketches, work orders
- Ability to position pieces to be welded into jigs, holding fixtures, guides and steps using measuring instruments and hand tools
- Inspects completed work for conformance to specification
- Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced welders
- Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures
Education/Exerience:
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- 2 yr welding degree preferred
- 1-3 years welding experience
