Summary
We're looking for a dynamic and client-focused Customer Success Manager to become a key part of our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for guiding clients to successful outcomes through the adoption and use of our Gravity AI Services. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing healthcare access and improving operational efficiency for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure consistent value and satisfaction.
- Deliver comprehensive onboarding and product training to help clients integrate our solutions smoothly.
- Track engagement and utilization data to identify gaps and proactively resolve client challenges.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by sharing insights and feedback with internal teams to improve our products and services.
- Schedule regular client meetings to gauge satisfaction, address concerns, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Leverage client analytics to drive performance improvements and ROI for each account.
What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or related field.
- Proven background in customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles — ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Strong ability to balance customer advocacy with business goals, and a track record of driving retention and growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain complex solutions in a simple way.
- Familiarity with tools such as Pipedrive, Google Workspace, and Freshdesk is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
