General Description

The Training Manager for the HRA’s Pathway for Access to Career and Employment (PACE) Program oversees the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of workforce training and education services for program participants, including staff supervision, curriculum development, and partnerships that support participant employment and skill development. The role ensures program quality, tracks performance, and manages planning and resources to achieve program goals aligned with labor market demands.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior management to define the goals, objectives, and desired outcomes of the PACE Program.
Assess and identify the specific training needs and skills gaps of clients across different departments and levels.
Develop comprehensive training curricula and materials that address the identified needs and align with organizational objectives.
Integrate various training methodologies, including instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, workshops, and mentoring programs, to deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences.
Coordinate and manage the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, venue selection, and resource allocation.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring effective knowledge transfer, engagement, and participant interaction.
Monitor the progress and performance of participants, providing feedback and support as needed.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal trainers to ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs.
Develop and implement evaluation methods, such as surveys, assessments, and feedback mechanisms, to measure the effectiveness and impact of the PACE Program.
Analyze training data and participant feedback to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven recommendations for program enhancements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously improve the PACE Program.
Partner with department managers, and senior leadership to ensure alignment between the PACE Program and organizational objectives.
Liaise with subject matter experts and external trainers to bring in specialized knowledge and expertise to the training program.
Foster strong relationships with participants, providing guidance, support, and mentorship throughout their training journey.
Prepare regular reports on training program metrics, participant performance, and overall program effectiveness for senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor and manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
Maintain accurate training records, participant attendance, and program documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Training Manager or in a similar role, designing and delivering training programs.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
Proficient in using various training delivery methods, including e-learning platforms and multimedia tools.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret training data to drive program improvements.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with career development frameworks and methodologies is a plus.

Pay Range: $69,000 - $74,000 yearly
