Head of Marketing
Company: Eclipsyum
Location: In Person
Compensation: Starting at $90,000 per year, based on experience, leadership ability, agency background, AI/tool fluency, and proven results.
About Eclipsyum
Eclipsyum is a consulting and marketing agency supporting multiple growing brands across construction, home services, logistics, and consumer products.
We manage marketing strategy, lead generation, SEO, paid advertising, branding, social media, websites, CRM support, reporting, automation, and campaign execution for businesses that need measurable growth.
We are not looking for someone who only creates content, posts on social media, or manages a calendar. We are looking for a senior marketing leader who can build strategy, lead execution, inspect performance, manage a team, and connect marketing activity directly to leads, booked appointments, pipeline, revenue, and brand growth.
Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced Head of Marketing to lead marketing strategy and execution across multiple brands, client accounts, and business units.
This role requires someone who has worked in an agency, consulting, multi-brand, multi-location, or multi-client environment and understands how to manage more than one company’s marketing at the same time without losing control of priorities, deadlines, reporting, or results.
The right candidate must be able to create the plan, assign the work, manage the team, review performance, improve weak campaigns, and hold people accountable.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands that marketing is not just branding or content. Marketing must produce qualified leads, booked appointments, better conversion rates, stronger pipeline, and measurable business growth.
Required Experience
Candidates must have:
- 10+ years of marketing experience
- 5+ years in a senior marketing leadership role, such as Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, Agency Director, Account Director, Growth Director, or Senior Marketing Manager
- Direct experience managing marketing for multiple clients, brands, business units, locations, or campaigns at the same time
- Strong agency background or proven experience operating in a multi-client, multi-brand, or high-volume environment
- Proven experience generating qualified leads, not just building brand awareness
- Experience leading marketing teams, vendors, freelancers, agencies, or internal specialists
- Strong experience using AI tools to improve marketing speed, content production, research, reporting, campaign optimization, automation, and team productivity
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, social media, content strategy, website performance, CRM tracking, reporting, and conversion optimization
- Experience connecting marketing performance to sales activity, booked appointments, pipeline, revenue, and customer follow-up
Key Responsibilities
Lead marketing strategy across multiple brands, client accounts, and business units.
Build clear marketing plans with goals, KPIs, timelines, budgets, campaign calendars, owners, deadlines, and reporting expectations.
Manage several active campaigns, brands, or client accounts at the same time while keeping execution organized and accountable.
Drive lead generation through SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, local SEO, email marketing, social media, content marketing, website optimization, landing pages, CRM workflows, and sales follow-up systems.
Use AI tools to improve marketing output, research, content development, campaign planning, reporting, automation, workflow efficiency, and team productivity.
Manage and support marketing team members, including SEO specialists, paid ads managers, social media staff, content writers, designers, developers, automation specialists, and outside vendors.
Review campaign performance weekly and make decisions based on data, not opinions.
Track qualified leads, booked appointments, call quality, conversion rates, pipeline movement, cost per lead, cost per booked appointment, cost per acquired customer, and ROI.
Build dashboards and reporting systems that clearly show what is working, what is not working, and what needs to change.
Improve leadership and client reporting so marketing results are tied directly to business growth, revenue opportunities, and sales performance.
Identify weak campaigns, poor messaging, wasted ad spend, bad tracking, broken follow-up, underperforming content, low-quality leads, and team bottlenecks before they become bigger problems.
Work closely with sales, operations, leadership, and client teams to make sure marketing supports actual business needs.
Create and improve SOPs, campaign calendars, content workflows, reporting systems, team scorecards, and accountability structures.
Support franchise-style, multi-location, and service-area marketing, including local launches, location-based campaigns, review generation, brand consistency, and scalable growth systems.
Stay current on AI tools, automation, SEO changes, paid advertising updates, CRM improvements, marketing technology, and lead generation trends.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a Head of Marketing who is strategic, organized, direct, data-driven, and execution-focused.
The right person must be comfortable leading from both strategy and detail. You should be able to see the big picture, but also inspect the actual ads, SEO reports, landing pages, call tracking, CRM follow-up, content quality, team output, and campaign performance.
You must be comfortable with accountability. If campaigns are weak, tracking is broken, leads are poor, follow-up is slow, or the team is falling behind, you should catch it early and fix it.
This role is ideal for someone who has handled agency-style pressure, multiple clients, multiple deadlines, and a team that needs structure.
You should be able to walk into a growing business, organize the marketing department, improve reporting, sharpen lead generation, and help leadership understand exactly where marketing is winning and where it is failing.
Applicants with agency experience, construction/home-services marketing experience, franchise or multi-location experience, strong AI usage, and proven lead generation results will be prioritized.
