Full Job Description

Join a high paced residential window and glass company in Pierce, Thurston and King County Washington.

We are looking for a residential glass technician to perform the following duties:

Our Glass Experts represent a crucial portion of our company’s customer process. TN Glass has set the industry standard for customer service. We are currently the most reviewed and highest rated glass shop in the Puget Sound Region.

Glass Experts deliver on the promise of the CSR, by properly educating our customers about glass replacement, the process, and our services. Also, Glass Expert provides great value in multiple options. We give our customers options so that they have the freedom to choose one that meets their needs. Glass Experts also create a winning environment for our installation crews.

A typical day:

- Review daily list of service appointments in our software. Load up trucks, maintain tools, complete projects at a high level

- Provide proposals in the home to residential customers selling them our services and products.

Pay is HIGHLY dependent on attitude and cultural fit and dependent on glass experience. This is an 8AM-4PM job with overtime as required.

Required Skills:

· Knowledge of all types of residential glass, including the ability to measure and install glass products

· Ability to navigate HouseCall Pro

· Ability to estimate the requirements of a glass replacement project and diagnose customer issues

· Ability to create proposals in the home using software

· Ability to properly communicate our services and products to convert consultations into jobs

Typical duties of a Glass Expert:

· Complete 3-6 consultations on average per day

· Prepare multiple proposals in the home for our customers

· Diagnose glass related issues and perform repairs as necessary

· Properly document work scopes for installation team

· Properly taking measurements of IGU’s, commercial glass repairs

· Adjust sliding glass doors

· replace window components

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 45 per week
