Pisces Sushi & Global Bistro – Downtown Dunedin
Pisces Sushi & Global Bistro is a high-volume, fun, and energetic restaurant looking for a motivated leader to join our management team in a unique hybrid role.
This position combines restaurant floor management with marketing, social media, and community outreach. You'll have a consistent weekly schedule that includes both management shifts in the restaurant and dedicated marketing time focused on growing our brand and increasing guest engagement.

- Availability to work some day or evenings with possible closing shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

What You'll Do:
Restaurant Management
- Lead front-of-house shifts and support daily restaurant operations
- Coach, train, and develop team members to deliver exceptional hospitality
- Mentor staff through ongoing feedback, performance coaching, and recognition
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and growth
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues effectively
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
- Support restaurant operations during busy service periods
- Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards
- Work alongside the management team to drive sales, improve guest satisfaction, and support overall restaurant success
Marketing & Community Outreach
- Create engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of food, cocktails, staff, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Create Reels, Stories, and other short-form video content
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events
- Build relationships with local businesses, hotels, organizations, and community groups
- Coordinate community events, networking opportunities, and restaurant promotions
- Monitor online reviews and guest engagement while responding professionally when needed
- Collaborate with leadership to develop new marketing ideas and strategies to grow the business
- Assist with email marketing, website updates, promotional materials, and other marketing initiatives as needed
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, including leadership or management responsibilities
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing business social media, marketing, content creation, or brand promotion
- Proven ability to create engaging content that helps grow a business and build brand awareness
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills
- Creative mindset with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Organized, dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Comfortable taking professional-quality photos and creating short-form videos using a smartphone or camera
- Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, photography, graphic design, or video editing is a plus
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Schedule
- Part-Time (15–25 hours per week)
- Consistent weekly schedule
- Typically 2–4 restaurant management shifts per week
- Dedicated marketing and social media hours scheduled separately during the week
- Some evening, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts are required
