Job Summary

Duties
- Lead and assist with metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and safety compliance throughout the process
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing to create durable foundations and structures
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and effectively on-site
- Execute framing tasks including woodworking, trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and metal stud framing with precision
- Conduct masonry work such as laying bricks, blocks, or stone for walls and other structures
- Install siding, stucco, roofing materials, and perform restoration or remodeling projects as needed
- Measure dimensions accurately using tools for dimensional measurements to ensure proper fit and alignment
- Collaborate with team members on site to coordinate heavy lifting operations and manage construction schedules
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working with scaffolding, roofing systems, or working at heights
Experience
- Proven experience in construction site roles with a focus on metal building erection, concrete forming, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings or schematics
- Hands-on experience with rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, masonry work, and roofing systems
- Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation including cranes or forklifts
- Background in carpentry—especially trim carpentry, frame carpentry, woodworking—and siding or stucco installation
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during construction tasks
- Familiarity with construction plans for metal stud framing or remodeling projects is preferred
- Excellent understanding of safety standards and protocols relevant to construction environments
- Construction management experience is a plus for coordinating multiple trades and project timelines

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
