Project Analyst (Mid-Level)
Premier Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Project Analyst (Mid-Level) to support IT projects for a Federal Government customer in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of related experience supporting IT projects, specializing in IT infrastructure and operations, to include service delivery, IT infrastructure systems, and solution development.
This is a full-time, in-office position located in Washington, DC.

Must possess a bachelor's degree. Degree may be substituted with 5 additional years of related experience. A certification (CAPM, CSM, PMP) may be substituted for years of experience.
Responsibilities:

Support data analytics activities related to technology investments, project performance, and portfolio management initiatives.
- Assist with project processes, tracking, reporting, and communication efforts across IT infrastructure and operations projects.
- Coordinate and communicate with technology vendors and internal stakeholders to support project and portfolio objectives.
- Analyze total cost of ownership (TCO) and return on investment (ROI) opportunities for technology solutions and services.
- Support enterprise licensing initiatives and activities within the Office of Portfolio and Financial Management.
- Assist with investment portfolio management, including monitoring, reporting, and performance assessment activities.
- Contribute to risk management and performance management efforts through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve project processes and support portfolio governance activities.
- Support the development of reports, presentations, and communications related to technology investments, portfolio performance, and vendor initiatives.
- Provide administrative and analytical support for assigned projects to ensure milestones, deliverables, and organizational objectives are achieved.
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, schedules, and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, work plans, status reports, and meeting materials.
- Facilitate project meetings and support project tracking, analysis, and follow-up activities.
Qualifications
