What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and networking to closing and expanding client relationships.
- Engage new clients across the technology and professional services sectors, introducing Procom’s full range of Consulting Services solutions.
- Partner with our Recruitment team to deliver high-quality, compelling candidate presentations that showcase the best fit for your clients.
- Leverage AI tools to build stronger sales pipelines, enhance client communications, and continuously improve sales tactics.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing clients with insights on market trends, compensation, and talent availability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless service and exceed client expectations.
- Stay agile and adapt to evolving market needs and client priorities with confidence and speed.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of professional sales experience (preferably B2B, IT, or staffing) or 2+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven sales outcomes.
- A track record of hitting or exceeding targets and proactively developing new client relationships through cold calls, referrals, and networking.
- Demonstrated tech-savvy mindset with an AI-driven approach to solving challenges and optimizing sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
- A team mindset with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, positive attitude and genuine passion for connecting people and opportunity.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
