Source maintenance, facility, and building service vendors for healthcare clients.
Obtain and compare competitive proposals from multiple vendors.
Analyze pricing, scope of work, and contract terms to determine the best overall value.
Work directly with facility administrators, maintenance directors, and vendors throughout the sourcing process.
Coordinate new vendor implementations and service transitions.
Assist the contracts team with maintenance-related procurement and contract questions.
Manage daily sourcing requests received through email and internal task management systems.
Ensure sourcing projects are completed accurately and within established timelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Research new vendors and identify cost-saving opportunities for clients.
Track project status and provide regular updates to clients and internal team members.
Maintain detailed documentation of quotes, proposals, and sourcing activities.

Experience in healthcare maintenance, facilities management, purchasing, construction, property management, or vendor management preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, pricing comparisons, and vendor proposals.
Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
