Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Workplace Manager to lead the efficient operation and management of our workplace environment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily business operations, ensure seamless facility management, and support a productive, safe, and welcoming workspace. Your technical proficiency and financial acumen will be essential in coordinating resources, analyzing data, and optimizing workplace processes to foster a positive environment for all team members.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the workplace, including facilities maintenance, space planning, and vendor coordination.
Lead business operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to organizational policies.
Utilize Excel for data analysis to monitor space utilization, operational costs, and efficiency metrics.
Oversee budgeting processes, track expenses, and perform financial analysis to optimize resource allocation.
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the workplace.
Coordinate with various departments to support event planning, office logistics, and employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of workplace assets, service requests, and operational activities for reporting purposes.

Skills

Strong proficiency in Excel data analysis to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
Proven experience in accounting and finance to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and support fiscal decision-making.
Excellent financial analysis skills to evaluate operational performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to manage business operations teams effectively, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Technical proficiency with workplace management software, facilities systems, or related tools.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and process implementation.
Effective communication skills for liaising with vendors, staff, and leadership at all levels.
