Rainking Purification Systems is a segment leader in the sales of Water Purification systems. We are a growing company looking for a bilingual front desk and Customer Service associate who maintains our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications/Skills (Must have):
- Fluent in written and verbal communication in English and Creole.
- Professional appearance and excellent attitude
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Demonstrated reliability and consistent attendance. This role requires daily dependability; frequent absences or tardiness are not acceptable.
- Proven ability to perform accurately in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities without loss of quality.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Errors in this role have a direct business impact and are not tolerated.
- Maintains professionalism and composure under pressure with a strong work ethic.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to work independently, to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Must be proficient in handling office equipment, including computers, telephones, printers, and photocopiers.
- A high school degree or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable daily transportation (required).
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening (required).
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume incoming phone calls and respond to customers' inquiries efficiently and positively.
- Handle customer complaints, interact positively with upset customers, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, follow up to ensure resolution, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Enter new customer information and updates into QuickBooks and other databases.
- Ensure the office is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and supplies.
- Go to the post office, banks, and other stores, sometimes during the week.
- Perform other clerical office duties such as filing and photocopying.
- Assist with the Office Manager tasks as needed.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:30 A.M. through 5:30 P.M. with availability to work late some days, and to work on Saturday. (This is required)
