✓ GENEROUS PAY STRUCTURE THAT REWARDS PRODUCTION

Flat rate pay between $40 - $60/hour, based on flagged hours, training, and certifications
PLUS 20% labor bonus on ALL jobs
Potential earnings: $100,000 - $175,000+ annually

✓ $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS – If you have 5+ years of experience in a professional automotive repair business, a great attitude and the desire to succeed, we’ll give you $500 when you drop your toolbox and an extra $375 per month for your first year.

✓ WORK-LIFE BALANCE (GET YOUR LIFE BACK!) - We believe that people need their time to recharge, and we’re committed to you being happy inside and outside of the shop.

Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
No required weekends
2 weeks PTO to start (gain an additional day each year)
6-8 paid holidays annually
Optional weekend hours available if you want to earn more

✓ YOU WILL LEARN SOMETHING NEW EVERY DAY – While we mostly work on high-end European cars, variety is the norm here. From diagnostics to repairs, Asian and Domestic models, even some classics and some diesel; you’ll build and test your skills daily alongside other pros who like to grow.

✓ WE INVEST IN YOUR GROWTH - We are big on personal growth and continuing education for our team is one of our priorities. The shop sponsors both onsite and offsite training that will make you worth more in the industry and increase your skills.

Diesel and Pre-OBDII experience a plus
