$115K–$135K/year – based on your experience and what you bring to the table
Hourly pay (no flat rate — your time on tough diagnostic jobs is respected and paid)

SKILLS AND TRAITS THAT HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE

5+ years of experience in a professional auto repair facility
Strong diagnostic and electrical skills — you're the tech other techs come to when they're stuck
Experience with drivability and complex testing — you don't guess, you diagnose
ASE certifications preferred (we'll help you add more)
Experience with infotainment systems is a huge plus!
Valid driver's license and your own tools
Team player with a no-drama attitude — you lift the shop up, not tear it down
Takes pride in doing the job right the first time, every time
Self-directed — you don't need hand-holding to get moving
