Full Job Description

Entry Level Japanese English Recruiting Assistant – International Work Experience Preferred.

Location: Dallas, Tx
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (45 minutes unpaid lunch break)
Part-time, Onsite Position, No Remote
Part-timer is also welcome.

Summary

We are currently hiring a Entry Level Recruiting Assistant for our Dallas office. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in recruiting and administrative support in a business-focused, multicultural environment.

College students, current students, and recent graduates looking for part-time work are also welccome for our part-time position.

This position is best suited to candidates looking to build fundamental skills in recruiting and HR—not individuals with extensive experience or advanced-level career expectations in these fields.

Responsibilities

Partner with Senior Recruiters to identify and source qualified candidates.
Conduct resume searches using internal databases and external platforms.
Perform initial phone screenings and conduct at least 10 phone screening interviews per day.
Accurately maintain and update candidate records in the database.
Organize candidate documentation and track recruiting activities.
Provide administrative and operational support to the recruiting team.
Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

Business-level Japanese or Korean is plus
Call Center experience and telephone customer service experience is plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education
Strong professional communication skills
Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, banking, administrative support, or another customer-facing role
Familiarity with Japanese business culture
Strong organizational and time management skills

Candidates seeking highly specialized or advocacy-based roles may not find this position aligned with their goals
