Part-Time Direct Care Worker

Seeking a dynamic individual to join our team.

Meridan Center: Monday - Friday (8am to 4pm)

Job Requirements

18+ with a HS diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license (must be maintained)
Ability to pass a DHW background check
Completion of Community-Based Skill Training (provided upon hire)

Your Daily Responsibilities

Assist participants with daily living activities, meal prep, hygiene, and mobility
Monitor and report any changes in participants’ well-being
Drive clients to social and community activities using company vehicles
Contribute to a positive, safe, and engaging environment
