About the Role

As an Account Coordinator on our Freight Brokerage team, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining carrier relationships to keep our customers' shipments moving. This is a great entry-level opportunity to grow in a fast-paced logistics environment.

What You'll Do

Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments with shipping and receiving departments; relay information to dispatchers and drivers
Build relationships with existing carriers and prospect new carriers to support customer shipments
Negotiate rates with carriers
Track and trace shipments throughout all stages of transit
Exercise discretion and independent judgment when deciding which carriers to pursue and work with
Meet predetermined performance metrics as outlined by your manager
Support your team with all other duties as assigned — because here, we get the job done together
