The Role
We’re hiring a full-time Physical Therapist who’s eager to grow personally and professionally. This position goes far beyond standard treatment. You’ll:
- Perform detailed evaluations emphasizing movement quality, performance metrics, and patient goals
- Create individualized care plans and reconditioning programs that guide patients from rehab to full return
- Deliver 60-minute 1-on-1 sessions for maximum impact
- Design and coach performance programs for active adults and athletes
- Build community connections with local gyms and studios
- Contribute to the clinic’s growth through marketing, systems, and culture development
What You’ll Need
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in relationship building
- Bonus: CSCS, OCS, or SCS certifications
- Manual therapy skills and/or sports background preferred
- Strategic and adaptable mindset - you’ll think beyond the treatment table
Compensation & Benefit:
- Caseload: 6–8 patients per day for quality care and work-life balance
